Win Short is not intended for children under the age of 13 ("Children"). Children must not use Services for any purpose. Win Short will never knowingly solicit or accept personally identifiable information or other content from a user or visitor who Win Short knows is under 13 years of age. If Win Short discovers that a user under 13 years of age has created an account, or that a user or visitor under 13 years of age has posted personally identifiable information or other content to the Services, Win Short will terminate the account and remove the information or other content as soon as commercially practicable.
Users between 13 and 18 (each a "Teen") may not access or use Services unless (a) both the Teen and their parent or legal guardian have first agreed to the Policy; and (b) the Teen uses an account established by their parent or legal guardian, under such parent or guardian's supervision, and with such parent or guardian's permission. If you permit a Teen to use the Services, you hereby agree to this Policy on behalf of both yourself and the Teen. You further agree that you are solely responsible for any and all use of the Services by your Teen regardless of whether such use was authorized by you.

We want you to understand the types of information we collect as you use Win Short. We use such information to operate, develop and improve our services, from figuring out basic stuff such as which language you speak, to more complex things like which advertisements you'll find most useful, or which mini series you might like.
The information we collect depends on how you use Win Short and the choices you make. When you interact with Win Short, we may collect information that could be used to identify you ("Personal Data"), and information stored in a manner that cannot be linked back to you ("Non-Personal Data").

Information you provide to us
If you access or use Win Short as a registered user, we will collect certain information that you provide to us in relation to your account (typically your username, nickname, age, email address, password and profile photo).
We may collect your payment information if you are a paying customer. This information is required to complete a commercial transaction on Win Short. We use this information to enable and fulfill your transaction. If you choose to use any third-party's service to finalize and pay for your order, you will provide your credit card number directly to the third-party. The privacy policy of the third-party will apply to the information you provide on its website.
If you choose to participate in our survey, we may request certain information (including Personal Data and Non-Personal Data) from you.The purpose of the survey and the identity of the service provider providing the survey (if we engaged a service provider), will be notified to you prior to you completing the survey. The processing of your data in this case will be based on the your consent, which shall be granted from time to time in relation to each survey.
If you provide feedback or contact us, or otherwise provide information voluntarily to us, our employees, or our contractors, you contact information, any information you voluntarily provide and any associated data will be collected by us as well.
Information from third parties
If you choose to register to use Win Short with a social networking credential, such as with a third-party account, we will ask permission to access basic information from that account, such as your name, age, email address and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant social network such as your app ID, access token and the referring URL. You can stop sharing that information with us at any time by removing our access to that account.
We may collect information about you from third party advertisers and advertising networks. For more information on how you can control such information from third party advertisers and advertising networks.
Information we collect automatically
When you use any of our Services, we will automatically collect certain information about you, including your browser type (e.g. Chrome, Safari) and language, time zone setting, locale settings (country and preferred language), the date and time of your query, cookie data, device identifiers, including iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), iOS Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), Android Advertising ID, and information about your device, including the type and model, manufacturer, operating system (e.g. iOS or Android), carrier name, screen size, orientation, audio, battery, device memory usage, settings, and boot time.
We also collect information about the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with Win Short, including your Internet Protocol address, crash reports, system activity and the date, time and referrer URL of your request.
We automatically log your activity on Win Short, including data relating to different app events (e.g. app activation, clicks, purchases, downloads, plays, watchs, series ratings, usage duration, likes, favorites, sharing and searches, including searches for videos or keywords), purchase history, top-up records, bonus information, series feedback, analysis and improvement settings, and other details about your use of and actions on Win Short.
Where you log-in from multiple devices, we will be able to use your profile information to identify your activity across devices.
Win Short uses your data to perform our contract with you, to enable our Services, to process your transaction, to communicate with you, and to comply with law. We may also use your data for other purpose with your consent and for our legitimate business interests. The purpose of processing and using your data is listed below:
We use cookies, mobile IDs and other similar technologies ("Cookies"), such as web beacons, to provide, protect, and promote our Services. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, including for security and fraud prevention purposes, tell us which parts of our Services people have visited or used, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and site or application searches.

Win Short contains software that enables our third-party analytics and advertising partners to access the mobile IDs.

Service provider
We engage other companies and individuals to provide services to us for any of the purposes described in this Policy, such as cloud storage providers, payment card processing and verification. We require that these service providers provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Policy, and prohibit them from retaining, using or disclosing your information except as necessary to provide services to us.
Third party Plug-ins
With third party applications and platforms that give you the option to post information about your activities on our Services to share with others within your network. This Policy does not apply to your use of any such third party applications and services, and we are not responsible for how those third parties collect, use and disclose your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties before connecting to or using their applications or services and to learn more about their information and privacy practices.
Government, public, regulatory, judicial and law enforcement bodies or authorities

Affiliates
We may share your information with any members, subsidiaries, or affiliates of us, to provide our Services including improving and optimizing our Services, preventing illegal use and supporting users.
Advertising partners
We may allow third party advertisers and advertising networks to set technologies and other tracking tools to collect your information described in Section 12 to enable the technical delivery of personalized advertisements to your device. If you do not want to receive advertisements targeted to your interests from us, you can choose to disable personalized advertisements by going to Me > Settings > Terms and Policy > Customized Ads Recommendation, and disable personalize advertisements. iOS and Android operating systems also provide options to limit tracking and/or reset the advertising. However, turning off personalized advertisement function will limit our ability to deliver relevant advertisement to you but may not necessarily reduce the number of advertisements you receive.
If you choose to use our service or provide your information to us, your information may be transferred to, processed and maintained on servers or databases located outside of the country or jurisdiction where your are located. It may also be processed by staff operating outside your country who work for us, for one of our suppliers or one of our business partners. By submitting your information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
We take appropriate security measures, such as encryption that ensure your confidentiality of your Personal Data during transmission and in storage, to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or data destruction. We restrict access to your personal information to our staff who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our services.
Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Services in a secure operation environment, however, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our system. We do not warrant or represent that your information will be protected against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties, since no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We provide mechanisms for updating and correcting your Personal Data and your non-Personal Data for many of our Services. You have the right to rectify and correct your Personal Data by logging into your account at any time. With respect to correction requests, where we agree that the Personal Data is inaccurate or incomplete, we will try to tell any third party to whom we have disclosed the relevant Personal Data so that they can rectify the Personal Data as well.
You also have the right to access Personal Data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we share it with.
You also benefit from the rights to request the restriction of processing, and the portability of your Personal Data. However, we may process your Personal Data if there are other valid legal grounds for us to do so (e.g., for the defence of legal claims or for other protections). You can request deletion of your data at any time by contact us at WinShort@gmail.com. We will evaluate such requests on a case by case basic. We may keep some of your data for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud detection and prevention and to comply with our legal obligations including tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations. Sometimes, your request will only be satisfied by closing your account.
You have the ability to delete your Account, and you should understand that upon deletion of your Account, you will lose the right to access or use all or part of Win Short.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your Personal Data to provide you Services, contact us at WinShort@gmail.com. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolved disputes and enforce our agreements.
Win Short allows other companies, called third party advertisers and advertising networks, to serve advertisements within our Services to deliver interest-based advertising to you about third party products and services. These third party advertisers and advertising networks use technology to send the advertisements and links that appear on our Services directly to you. When you use our Services, some third party tools (SDKs) integrated within our Services may collect and use certain information collected from your device for the purpose of advertisement display and optimization. Such information includes device manufacturer, model, and operating system, screen size, orientation, audio, battery, device memory usage, carrier name, IDFV, IDFA or Android Advertising ID, time zone setting, locale settings (country and preferred language) and IP address. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure their advertisements' effectiveness and personalize the advertising content you see. You can exercise choices over how we use your Personal Data and update your preferences at any time.
You should consult these third party advertisers and advertising networks' respective privacy policies for more information on their practices and instructions on how to opt-out of certain practices. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such third party advertisers, advertising networks or websites. Any data obtained by third party advertisers and advertising networks subsequently shared with us is maintained and dealt with by us under this Privacy Policy.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our information practices ("Updated Policy"). We will not reduce your rights under any updates to the Policy without your explicit consent, and we always indicate the date when the last changes were published.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE UPDATED POLICY, YOU MUST STOP ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES AND CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT (IF APPLICABLE).
Terms of Use
(1) Please read these terms carefully (“Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use will govern your use of the Win Short Service s, which can be accessed through the Win Shortwebsite at www.Win Short.com. (referred to as “Website”). By using and/or gaining access to the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (as may be updated from time to time).
(2) We operate the Websites but we exercise no editorial control over some of the Content on the Websites, and in some cases other third parties provide the Content on the Websites or operate parts of the Websites or other Internet websites you may view or access through the Websites (“Third Party Providers”).
(3) We update these Terms of Use from time to time. It is your responsibility to check for updates to these Terms of Use as they take effect upon posting on any website, because, unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, your continued use of the Sites following such variation or amendments of the terms and conditions, whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by such variations or amendments. Except when applicable law stipulates otherwise.
(1) Service of Win Short
(i) The accessibility of the Win Short Service through different devices depends, amongst other things, on the operating systems and/or browsers installed on your device(s).
(ii) We provide certain parts of the Win Short Service to users free of charge (the “Win Short Free Service"); and certain other content, features and/or services to users who subscribe to one of our paid services, Win ShortPremium or Win ShortPremium +, upon payment of the applicable subscription fee. Win ShortPremium and recharge for watching content on our Website (which may be offered to customers through bundled package(s) with third party product(s)) shall collectively be referred to as the “Win Short Paid Services” and individually as a “Win Short Paid Service”.
(iii)
The Win Short Free Service can be accessed in any territory where we offer such free service. Each Win Short Paid Service is restricted for use and access is granted only in the territory where you have subscribed for that Win Short Paid Service.
(2) Using the Win Short Service through a mobile network may result in mobile data charges. Please contact your mobile data service provider for more information.
(3) You may be required to register with us in order to access certain parts of the Sites
(“Post-Registration Features”). Where you are required to register:
(i) You must provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information;
(ii) You must safeguard any username and password which we provide to you; and
(iii) You authorize us to assume that any person using any website with your username and password is either you or authorized by you to do so.
(4) You acknowledge that your use of some Post-Registration Features may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Where this is the case, you will be notified accordingly, and those additional terms and conditions:
(i) Will apply to your use of such Post-Registration Features in addition to these Terms of Use; and
(ii) Will prevail over these Terms of Use to the extent of any inconsistency.
(1) You acknowledge that we may at any time, in our sole discretion and with or without notice:
(i) Deactivate and/or suspend the Win Short Service at any time to carry out system maintenance, upgrading, testing and/or repairs;
(ii) Vary the websites (or any part thereof); and
(iii) Discontinue any Site, cease providing the Win Short Service (or any part thereof) and/or any Content to you.

(i) Charge fees for your use of the Win Short Free Service; and
(ii) To vary or amend the terms and conditions which cover such fees, for access to or use of all or some parts of the Sites.

(2) You are only authorized to use the Win Short Service and view the Content for your own personal and non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms of Use.
(3) You agree that the Win Short Service and Content are only for your private viewing and access and shall not yourself, or permit any other person to, show, play, use, access or view the Win Short Service and/or Content for any public or commercial purposes unless with our prior written consent.
(4) You will in your use and/or access of the Win Short Service abide by all Applicable Law and any operating and/or usage rules, as amended from time to time.
(5) Without limiting clauses 5(b) and 5(c) above, you shall not charge for use or access to the Win Short Service and/or any Content; or for access to any premises where the Win Short Service and/or Content are viewed.
(6) You acknowledge that Content on the Websites is subject to copyright and possibly other intellectual property rights. Unless expressly authorized by law or permitted by us, you must not by yourself or permit any other person to:
(i) Sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based on, repost or otherwise use any of the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
(ii) Use any Content on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose;
(iii) Reverse engineer any Content consisting of downloadable software; and/or
(iv) Otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or entity in using and/or accessing any Site or any Content.
(7) Nothing you do on or in relation to the websites will transfer any intellectual property rights to you or license you to exercise any intellectual property rights unless this is expressly stated.
(8) You acknowledge that:
(i) We can vary, replace or withdraw any Content, channels and programs
(whether advertised or not) on the Win Short Service, including changing or reducing the number of hours of broadcast of any channel or any program on the Win Short Service; and
(ii) Expand, reduce, withdraw and/or modify any part of the Win Short Service and/or any Content, remove, disable and/or suspend transmission or streaming of the Win Short Service and/or Content which we consider in our sole opinion, breaches any Applicable Law or to be otherwise unacceptable.
(1) You must not:
(i) Disrupt or interfere with the Websites, Win Short Service , servers, networks, software, hardware or equipment connected to or via the Websites and/or Win Short Service ;
(ii) Violate any Applicable Law relating to your use of any Website and/or the Win Short Service ;
(iii) Collect or store personal data about other users of the Websites and/or the Win Short Service ;
(iv) Restrict or inhibit any other persons from using any Website and/or Win Short Service , including, without limitation, by means of "hacking" or defacing any portion of any Site and/or the Win Short Service ;
(v) Access or use the Websites, Win Short Service , Content or Software for any unlawful purpose or any purpose not expressly authorized by these Terms of Use;
(vi) Modify, adapt, sub-license, reproduce, distribute, copy, exploit, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Sites, Win Short Service , Software and/or Content;
(vii) Remove any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Websites, Win Short Service and/or Content;
(viii) Copy and/or frame any part of the Websites, Win Short Service and/or Content without our prior written authorization;
(ix) Use any robot, spider, site search or retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce, disrupt or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Websites, Win Short Service and/or the Content;
(x) Hack, break into, or attempt to hack or break into, in any manner the Websites, Win Short Service , Software and/or any data areas on our server(s) or that of any third parties;
(xi) Download, copy, store, rip, distribute, share or re-direct any Content from the Websites and/or Win Short Service in any way or through any media;
(xii) Incorporate any software or other materials that contain any virus, malicious code, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse, or any other harmful or disruptive component;
(xiii) Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Websites and/or Win Short Service ; or
(xiv) Issue, create or sponsor any financial instruments or investment products where the price, return and/or performance of such instrument or product is based on or related to any financial index or information in the Content.
(2) Our authorization for you to access the Websites and receive the Win Short Service s and Content is conditional upon your strict compliance with each of these Terms of Use.
(3) We may at any time employ and/or install software in any device(s) used by you, where it is necessary for purposes of detecting any unlawful downloading, copying, storing, ripping, distribution, sharing or re-direction of any Content from the Websites and/or Win Short Service in any way or through any media.
(4) The provision of the Win Short Service and availability of certain features and services is contingent upon the service capacity allocated by us (including but not limited to streaming capacity) for the Win Short Service , the reliability, speed and stability of your Internet connection and bandwidth, as well as the specifications and performance of your devices or the respective software used, all of which are out of our control. We will not be liable to you or any other third parties (including users of the Win Short Service (whether authorized or not)) for any failure or delay in accessing the Websites, Win Short Service or any parts, features and/or content thereof (whether due to the lack of streaming capacity or otherwise) and/or the consequences or effects on your Internet connection, its speed and/or bandwidth that may be caused by the Websites and/or Win Short Service .
(5) You may access the public posts of the social media profile (such as Facebook pages, Instagram) of others through specified features within the Sites and/or Win Short Service . You acknowledge that we do not own, are not responsible for nor have any responsibilities to any of the posts and/or comments made by other third parties to the Facebook pages linked through the Sites and/or Win Short Service , and that by linking to these Facebook pages does not mean we endorse in any way the content of such posts in the relevant Facebook pages. The Facebook, the “Like” button, the “Share” button, the “f” logo are all trademarks, and/or trade names and properties of Facebook.
(6) In relation to Software:
(i) You may from time to time be requested by us, to download Software and we hereby grant to you a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license for you to store, run and use the Software on your devices in accordance with these Terms of Use and any software license which accompanies the Software but not further or otherwise;
(ii) You agree to download and install the Software in such personal devices to be used by you for accessing and/or installing the Websites and Win Short Service ; and
(iii) You acknowledge that we may refuse to provide the Win Short Service to you in the event you fail to successfully download and install the Software.
(1)You acknowledge that parts of the Sites and parts of the Content are provided or maintained by Third Party Providers and not by us.
(2)Your correspondence or dealings with any Third-Party Provider are solely between you and that Third Party Provider, and you agree that we will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings.
(3)Your use of Third-Party web pages linked to the Sites and/or Win Short Service may be governed by additional or different terms and conditions. Where this is the case, those additional terms and conditions will apply to your use of such web page or website in addition to these Terms of Use and will prevail over these Terms of Use to the extent of any inconsistency.
